The heated Bereila Sauce Bar

The heated “au-bain-marie” version of the Bereila Sauce Bar is available with one, two or three sauce containers. The heated Sauce Bar has one or more NEOdis lever dispensers. Bereila supplies special dispensers for sauces with small pieces of vegetables, such as gypsy sauce, and there is also one specifically for chocolate sauce.

Hot sauces ideally maintain their temperate without caking. The sauce stays fresh and tasty.

The heated Bereila Sauce Bar has a heating system consisting of a stainless steel heating element and a continuously adjustable thermostat that can be set to a maximum of 85 degrees Celsius. The Sauce Bar also features a safeguard against boiling dry that prevents the heating element from burning if there is no or not enough water in the system.
